Sabudana also known as Sago or sabakki is very good for cooling your body, this is a best optional staple food for those who are dieting as well as this is high in boosting energy. Other than this sabdudana also helps in good digestion, reduces blood pressure, helps in muscle growth, and good amount of fiber to consume for strengthening your bones.
Sabudana Salad Recipe:
Step 01:
Take one cup of sabudana, add it to a bowl and clean it with water the way u clean your rice. Pour water to the bowl until the sabudana drowns completely. (leave it over night to soak for next day morning consumption)
Step 02 :
Drain the soaked sabudana in a bowl.
Step 03 :
Add finely chopped one onion, one tomato, coriander leaves, half cup of dry grapes to the bowl of drained sabudana. ( you can add cucumbers if you want them.)
Step 04 :
Take a pan add one tbsp of oil, after heating add one spoon of mustard, two chillies cut into half and add 4-5 curry leaves. Fry on low flame and transfer to the bowl.
Step 05 :
Add salt according to your taste and mix them all.
TADA TADA your yummy breakfast with tea is ready!!!
